We are not a tour operator, a restaurant, Bologna Welcome or GetYourGuide, and the site name describes what we write about rather than a business you can book with.

Facts here are checked against the operators' own listings on GetYourGuide (including recent guest reviews), the city's tourist office, the Chamber of Commerce and the official consortia for Mortadella Bologna, Parmigiano Reggiano and traditional balsamic vinegar.
